We keep the expectations simple so the community stays fun, competitive, and worth showing up for.
Talk trash about the game, not the person. Hate speech, harassment, or targeting others is not part of Ghostcrest.
Competition is welcome; drama is not. Own mistakes, help the squad improve, and celebrate the team win.
Do not post sexual, graphic, illegal, hateful, or deliberately offensive content. If it would make the crew unsafe or uncomfortable, it does not belong here.
Protect the experience for everyone. Cheating, account scams, stolen content, and knowingly abusing exploits are not accepted.
Do not share another person’s private information, messages, voice recordings, or application details without clear permission.
Keep each channel usable for its purpose. Share creator content only in approved spaces and follow channel-specific instructions.
Moderator decisions stand in public channels. If something feels wrong, contact staff instead of arguing in chat.
A microphone is encouraged but not required. Activity is flexible—stay connected, join in when you can, and let staff know about extended breaks.

Ghostcrest collects only what is needed to review applications and onboard accepted members.
What we collect
Your email, Gamer Tag, platform, playstyle, current games, teamwork and conflict answers, and clan-code agreement.
Who can access it
Only authorized Ghostcrest staff involved in application review and member onboarding.
How it is used
For reviewing your application, sending a decision, and onboarding accepted members. It is not sold or publicly posted.
Retention & deletion
Denied applications are removed after 90 days. Accepted-member records are kept while membership is active and for 90 days afterward.
Want your application removed sooner? Contact Ghostcrest staff through the official Linktree and include the Gamer Tag used on the form.

Yes. Ghostcrest Gaming is open to players age 16 and older.
PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Nintendo Switch, and multi-platform players are all welcome.
A microphone is encouraged because clear communication helps the squad, but it is not required for every activity.
Participation is flexible. Show up when you can, stay connected, and let staff know if you need an extended break.
Ghostcrest covers RPG, survival, simulation, story-driven, FPS, co-op, roleplay, and variety gaming. Event announcements include their time zone so everyone can plan.
There is no fixed review timeline. Staff review each application as availability allows.
Ghostcrest staff send the decision to the email address submitted with the application. Accepted applicants receive the welcome email, official packet, and private Discord invitation.
