The application asks about your gaming name, platform, playstyle, current games, teamwork, and how you handle conflict.

Ghostcrest collects only what is needed to review applications and onboard accepted members.
Your email, Gamer Tag, platform, playstyle, current games, teamwork and conflict answers, and clan-code agreement.
Only authorized Ghostcrest staff involved in application review and member onboarding.
For reviewing your application, sending a decision, and onboarding accepted members. It is not sold or publicly posted.
Denied applications are removed after 90 days. Accepted-member records are kept while membership is active and for 90 days afterward.

Before you apply
Everything prospective members should know before completing the application.
Yes. Ghostcrest Gaming is open to players age 16 and older.
PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Nintendo Switch, and multi-platform players are all welcome.
A microphone is encouraged because clear communication helps the squad, but it is not required for every activity.
Participation is flexible. Show up when you can, stay connected, and let staff know if you need an extended break.
Ghostcrest covers RPG, survival, simulation, story-driven, FPS, co-op, roleplay, and variety gaming. Event announcements include their time zone so everyone can plan.
There is no fixed review timeline. Staff review each application as availability allows.
Ghostcrest staff send the decision to the email address submitted with the application. Accepted applicants receive the welcome email, official packet, and private Discord invitation.
